My watch arrived damaged or wrong

Write to norentime@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

Will it fit my wrist?

Steel bracelets are adjustable by removing links, and leather straps have several holes. Our sizing guide shows how to do it at home.

Is it water resistant?

Most models are rated 3 ATM: fine for rain and hand washing, but not for swimming or showering. The Mariner is rated 30 ATM and can go swimming, and the Onyx has no water rating at all. Each watch lists its rating in the specifications.

What does the warranty cover?

2 years on the movement against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, accidental damage and water beyond the rating are not covered.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Prices are in euros.
