These terms apply to all purchases on norentime.com, operated by SICLOPAY LTD, Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue 14, Office 1, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus (norentime@gmail.com).

Products and prices

All watches are subject to availability. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT for EU customers. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order.

Orders

A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Legal guarantee

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the laws of your country of residence. In addition, we offer a 2-year warranty on the movement against manufacturing defects.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
